Oh I am sooooo sore today. I’m shaking up My workout routine again. I’ve been doing treadmill treadmill treadmill for weeks now and wasn’t seeing much happening, so I’m concentrating on a stricter weight routine now. I’m gonna do this for a few weeks and see what happens. Then I’m going to maybe switch to cardio 2 times a week and weights 3. I’m not bothering with saturdays and sundays when the weather is so hot and there is fun stuff to do.
Monday: Triceps and Back, Crunches
Tuesday: Legs, Butt and Waist
Wednesday: Biceps Chest and Crunches,
Thursday: Switch between Triceps, Back, Chest and Biceps
Fridays Legs, Butt, Crunches and Waist
Anyway, I definitely needed to change MY routine because I’m stiff and sore right now. boohoo I’m still getting the Zone Diet Delivery food. I screwed it up royally this week.
