I’m so fucking pissed I can’t stand it. DO NOT shop from southbeachleather!! That fucking CORSET dress I waited months for arrived today and it SUCKS!! The picture clearly showed corset lacing up the dress. There is NONE on the back of this one. I can literally slide the dress on and off without unzipping the front its so big and there is no way to tighten the bastard up because there is NO corset in it..and it’s suppose to be CUSTOM made!! I am going to call and bitch until they give you your money back, david. Then you will buy ME another one somewhere else. Fuckity fuck fuck fuck! I wanted to do a shoot in this dress asap. Someone buy ME this one in the meantime.

thats too bad!! usually north beach leather is top quality stuff – unless they changed ownership in the last few years?? I know that they actually used to do the custom work in san fransisco and maybe the dress didn’t fit perfect is because they usually custom fit it to your body & take at least 3 measurements and realtime tailoring to get a perfect fit.
you might actually want to try taking the piece to your own tailor and getting it fitted & send it back with the accurate measurements for a perfect fit. whenever I have custom items fitted it’s usually a 3 time process to get it fit properly but totally worth it!
I would love to see you in a corset leather dress–I know it would look unbelievably amazing!! good luck!!

Well, Im mostly mad that its not a corset dress. The photo showed it lacing all the way up the back and this back is solid. I’ve called and emailed them but no response. I also waited over a month longer than they advertised.

hmm. they might be under new ownership perhaps. It’s been a while since I ordered anything from them but I’ve had great products/experiences with them although yea, the actually production time is in the 3-4 month area span to get it right. another place you might want to check out for a kick-ass corset dress is Puimond which is located in LA http://www.puimond.com/py14.htm#
I’ve had good experiences with them. another place that I would totally stay away from is Versatile Corsets – I ordered a custom satin & patent leather corset and it totally ripped the first time I put it on & they wouldn’t guarantee it so I swore I would talk shit about them every chance I got – so here is another chance – LOL!

I got a poopy leopard print corset from Versatile Fashion. It was suppose to be custom but it fit funny. The bottom wouldn’t lay flat at the tummy and it was too short and obviously not really made for Me. They wouldn’t exchange it. blahh
