Princess hates T- mobile

If you have t-mobile I command that you all friggin cancel TODAY! Those dirty bastards! I quit t-mobile like 8 months ago and paid $200 to get out of the service because I hated them so much. Today I was reviewing on of MY checking accounts and noticed they have been billing ME $55 for 8 months! I didn’t notice because this is one of the bank accounts attached to MY merchant accounts and there are tons of transactions going in and out on this account.. Merchant fees and all the individual transactions.the statements are pages and pages long. So I call and find out that they didn’t shut down the inactive second line that I got with the account as a promo which was never actually activated or attached to a phone and I didn’t even know the number of. WTF?? So anyway, they assured Me they would stop auto-bill and gave ME their spiel on current specials in case I wanted to join with t-mobile. HAHA yeah right. I requested a refund and they flatly said they couldn’t do it. $450 on a line they KNOW was inactive and on account belonging to a disgruntled customer willing to pay to break contract with them. I had even told them at the time I canceled the reason I was leaving was because I was absolutely FED UP with them bitches. BAAAAAA-stards! So anybody know where the hell I can bitch???

I hope you’re going to chargeback. T-Mobile really screwed me around a few years ago. I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole.

Where I live there is a newspaper columnist you can write to who will resolve issues like this. He always gets his way, b/c he knows the right customer service people to call who can get things done, and if they don’t refund the money, and he writes about the result on the front page of the business section. Not sure if your newspaper has someone like this. If not, talk to the supervisor of the customer service rep or even the supervisor’s supervisor. Or write a letter to the president of T-Mobile at their corporate headquarters. I hate customer service at big companies.

PRINCESS GOD OF ALL THAT IS PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL AND PURE, cingular almost did the same to me, but i caught it early and did not have to pay. Virgin Mobile at 1-888-322-1122 is a pay-as-you-go plan, not as fancy but something YOU might check out. YOUR good-for nothing wrinkled worm slave, grandpafreakpie
